  • Extended V-Bevel and Groove edging capacity: for standard and wrap lenses, straight or inclined bevel with safety bevel. The ability to change the tool angle position allow to cover needs of also of high curve sport frames.
  • Combined tool: The machine has no tool changer. A combined tool for roughing, bevelling and safety bevel and grooving, allow to have straight and inclined bevel without waste time in the tool changing process.
  • Full auto configuration capacity: thanks to the lens thickness detecting units, machine determines automatically all lens physical dimension, defines the exact cutting angle and optimises the cutting program job by job.
  • Ready for all kind of lens surfaces: mono focal and progressive, decentred, cylindrical, toroidal lenses with bases from zero to 16.
  • Ready for all plastic materials: Polycarbonate, APX, CR 39 Nylon, Trivex and all other types of plastic material.
  • Ready for the link with the optical world: interface with the most popular tracer, interface with the most popular lab management software, WindowsXP interface, Oma interface and direct modem connection with Mei’s factory.
  • Fully automatic loading system: The four spindle cutting head allow the lens loading during the cutting cycle; the loading/unloading takes no more than 3 seconds. A fully automatic loading system allow the machine to work in automatic mode. The loading system is already prepared for the connection with factory’s conveyor lines.
  • DoubleR-XDD rapresents today the real industrial solution for prescription labs mass production.

Accessories
 

 Full Stack loader for Loh trays 70+70 position

  This devise allow to increase the autonomy of the machine. Thanks to a stack managing system, give the possibility to load stacks of trays, and to run it automatically if they have a properly barcode and the cutting information stored into the machine or into your server. The system is composed by two different devices placed on the two sides of the machine conveyor belt. The de-stacker is placed behind the operator's side; a correspondingly stacker is located on the operator's side. Both have enough room to stack 70 trays, and all pneumatic devices to run them automatically through the machine.
